Sat. & Sun. December 14 & 15

I taught knife making for young folks. We had 5 students and 6 adult spectators. The youngest student was 8 and the oldest was 20. We started with 5160 leaf spring stock. We forged it ti shape and are ready for rough grinding and heat treating the next time we meet.

We had 5 students and 6 spectators. Thanks to my nephew Toni for the help.

The student all got a chance to run the power hammer.

We all got our knives almost ready for heat treat.

We had a great time and built some really nice knife blades. By the end of classes, we should have some really nice knives.
